  If you book with any company of the Iceland ProTravel Group, you are making reservations with a local business registered in your own country, where the laws and regulations of this country apply. In case of problems, it is of course much easier to take care of your case instead of contacting companies abroad, where maybe other laws and regulations may apply.

• Guarantee funds - we secure your money

  We have the obligatory local money guarantee insurance (e.g. ATOL in the UK, Reisepreis-Sicherungsschein in Germany), which secures your money in case we or any of our service providers go bankrupt. Please note that when you book individual services directly on the web, you may not have a guarantee in case of bankruptcy.

• Prices

Due to the volume of services we buy in our destinations, we can guarantee our customers the best value for the money available. We don't necessarily always want to offer the cheapest prices on the market, but we will definitely offer the best price/value products available. Our prices are very competitive to what you find on the web for the same quality.

• We speak your language and we are in your country

  In all of our offices you will find a person who speaks your language, who avoids all misunderstanding and problems. You can call us, write us or visit us in our offices or on several public travel fairs in your country.

• Payments terms and flexibility

  Our payment terms are the same which generally apply in your country. We don't expect you to pay the full amount for packages when you book the services, which is the case in many online bookings. We are very flexible and do not charge high fees for changing individual items. Our refund policy for services you could not use or for some other reasons you were not able to attend, is very flexible. 

• Travel documents

  Neither Iceland and Greenland, nor Scandinavia are cheap destinations, and we don't want to sell them as such. Our clients pay a fair price for the products we are selling, and therefore they have the right to receive good and valuable travel documents. We put great emphasis on sending you quality travel documents which you can use to prepare your trip, and use while traveling there.

• Our own Iceland ProTravel Service Office in Iceland

  Iceland ProTravel is the only tour operator abroad which is running a full year service office in Iceland. We offer a meet and great service and a 24/7 emergency telephone in case you need any help, or if you have any questions during your journey to Iceland. This office also sells a variety of local excursions, and you are of course welcome to visit our Reykjavik based office.
